Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all security operations including surveillance systems, access control, and patrol schedules
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies aligned with international hospitality standards
- Lead and mentor security teams through training programs and performance evaluations
- Coordinate emergency response procedures for incidents, natural disasters, and security breaches
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits across property premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies
- Manage security technology upgrades and system maintenance
- Investigate security incidents and compile detailed reports with corrective recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive security leadership experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's security regulations and emergency protocols
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making abilities
- Advanced proficiency in security technology systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Proven experience in team development and operational budget management
