In this crucial position, you will be responsible for the continuous security of the resort premises. Your day-to-day duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling assigned zones, controlling access points, and enforcing resort policies. You will be the eyes and ears of our security operation, requiring sharp observational skills and the ability to act decisively in any situation. We value team members who show initiative, maintain a professional demeanor, and can interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
This is a temporary contract role offering a competitive salary range of RM 1,800 to RM 2,200 per month. We provide full training on our systems and procedures to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed. The role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, guaranteeing variety and a dynamic work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Patrol assigned areas, including hotel buildings, resort facilities, and parking lots, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, fire hazards, and security breaches.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems to oversee the security of the premises and respond promptly to any irregularities.
- Man entry and exit points, ensuring strict access control and verifying identification for staff, guests, and vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with directions, inquiries, and escorting them to their destinations when necessary.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports regarding daily activities, suspicious occurrences, and security incidents.
- Enforce property rules, regulations, and safety policies to maintain order and ensure the well-being of all individuals on site.
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services during critical situations or emergencies.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Security Guard License or Certificate of Registration from The Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) is a must.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the security field, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry.
- Physically fit with good health; able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent observation skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and a basic command of written English).
- Possess a valid driving license (D/DA) and basic first aid certification is an added advantage.
