Tanggung Jawab
- Patrol the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of the facility.
- Monitor and control access at entrance and exit points, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
- Respond immediately to alarms and disturbances, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Provide courteous assistance and information to customers and visitors to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities for management review.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to maintain 24-hour security coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Security Guard License (Sijil Pengawal) is mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with the public.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in security or a related field is an advantage.
