Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure the safety and security of all assets and personnel.
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Respond immediately to alarms, disturbances, or security breaches to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems to detect and report any suspicious activities.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logbooks regarding daily activities and observations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security protocols.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and first aid response when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and possess a tough and resilient demeanor.
- Valid Surat Izin Usaha Keamanan (SIUK) or equivalent security license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in security or related field is preferred.
- High integrity and commitment to professional conduct.
