We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Security Guard to join the security team at JS Grospe Accounting Firm. Located in the heart of Pasig City, our firm prides itself on integrity and excellence. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide both a visible security presence and specialized driver-guard services, safeguarding personnel, property, and corporate standards. This dual-role position is essential for maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be responsible for monitoring the facility’s perimeter, managing access points, and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving company vehicles for various errands while maintaining the highest standards of defensive driving and passenger safety. We are looking for someone who is alert, disciplined, and committed to protecting our assets and people. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the office premises and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
- Monitor and operate security surveillance systems, including CCTV and alarm panels, to identify potential threats.
- Perform specialized driver-guard duties, including safe vehicle operation for staff transport and company errands.
- Manage access control by verifying visitor credentials and issuing ID badges to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Respond immediately to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, following established emergency response protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily security logs and incident reports to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while representing the company's security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Possession of a valid PRC ID (Philippine Regulatory Commission) specifically for Security Service is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in both security guarding and driving roles.
- Excellent knowledge of defensive driving techniques and traffic rules in Metro Manila.
- Physically fit and capable of performing patrol duties and standing for extended periods.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
