Radikari is seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard (PRJ) to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our events and facilities. Located in the bustling Kemayoran area of Jakarta Raya, this role is crucial for maintaining a secure environment for our clients and operations. As a Security Guard, you will act as the first line of defense, monitoring premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. You will also be responsible for crowd control, emergency response, and reporting any suspicious activities to the management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the perimeter and entrances to ensure only authorized personnel enter the event area.
- Conduct regular patrols to deter potential security threats and hazards.
- Respond immediately to alarms, disturbances, or medical emergencies within the premises.
- Verify identification of guests and vendors to maintain a secure atmosphere.
- Assist in managing crowd flow and ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and security incidents.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services if necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Valid Indonesian Security Guard License (SKB) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in security or event security is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in Indonesian (both oral and written).
