Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying the identity of visitors and issuing identification badges when necessary.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations in accordance with established safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports regarding incidents, observations, and visitor logs.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies or emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure the security of company vehicles, equipment, and physical assets.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and enforce company policies regarding conduct and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Valid identification and, if applicable, a valid security license (SIM Perizinan Lalu Lintas).
- Physically fit and able to perform duties under various weather conditions.
- Excellent observation skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
