Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities
- Control access points and verify identification of visitors/employees
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure perimeter and facility security
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during critical incidents
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid security guard certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience in security or related field
- Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in incident reporting documentation
