Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor security operations center (SOC) alerts to identify and mitigate potential threats in real-time.
- Implement and maintain security tools and technologies to ensure comprehensive protection across client infrastructure.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts to maintain a strong security posture.
- Ensure client compliance with internal security policies, industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST), and local data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in security service delivery.
- Prepare detailed security reports and metrics for client stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert-level support for incident response, ensuring minimal business disruption during security events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Managed Security Services (MSSP) or equivalent operational security roles.
- Solid understanding of network security, endpoint protection, SIEM platforms, and cloud security principles.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to function effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a significant advantage.
