As a Security Practitioner, you will manage and enhance security services across diverse client environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time security events across client environments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Manage the lifecycle of security incidents, from initial detection and investigation to final remediation and reporting.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize security technologies such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), EDR, and Next-Gen Firewalls.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely patching and risk reduction.
- Ensure all security services meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on security best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging threat trends.
- Generate comprehensive security posture reports and performance dashboards for executive stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to automate routine security tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in Security Operations (SOC) or Managed Security Services (MSS).
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or IBM QRadar).
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and operating system security (Windows/Linux).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, or Cisco CyberOps are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex security incidents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work in a flexible, shift-based environment to support 24/7 global operations.
