As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of security services for our clients, ensuring their environments are secure and compliant. You will leverage your expertise to analyze security events, respond to incidents, and proactively reduce risk. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and operate security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms to monitor and defend against cyber threats.
- Perform real-time security monitoring, incident triage, and escalation coordination.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and remediate risks.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Collaborate with client IT teams and stakeholders to ensure security integration and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on security incident response, forensic investigations, and disaster recovery planning.
- Continuously improve security operations by staying abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, managed security services, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary to support 24/7 operations.
