Join the Young Women's Christian Association of Singapore as a Security Manager and become a guardian of safety for our community. We're seeking a dedicated leader to provide accountable oversight for security, safety, and risk management across our prestigious Headquarter (Outram) and YWCA Fort Canning locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and emergency response protocols
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits across multiple sites
- Manage security personnel including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external security vendors
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Lead incident investigation and crisis management procedures
- Prepare security reports and recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive security management experience
- Valid certification in Security Management (e.g., PSP, CPP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's security regulations and fire safety codes
- Proven experience in risk assessment and emergency planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive/confidential matters
