In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our mall's safety and security protocols. You will oversee the strategic implementation of our comprehensive security programs, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for thousands of daily shoppers, tenants, and employees. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of CRS (Customer Relations/Security) Supervisors and Representatives, fostering a culture of vigilance, integrity, and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the mall environment.
- Supervise and mentor CRS Supervisors and security personnel to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, government agencies, and emergency services for incident management and intelligence sharing.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Manage the deployment of security technology, including CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and alarm infrastructure.
- Lead emergency response planning, including fire safety drills, evacuation protocols, and active threat preparedness.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and monthly security performance briefings for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory security role, preferably within a large-scale retail or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine security laws, safety protocols, and emergency management practices.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to manage diverse groups of security personnel.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Proficiency in security systems management and advanced report writing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as the nature of the retail business dictates.
