- Ensure optimal manpower availability and deployment scheduling for security assignments
- Monitor security operations in real-time to guarantee compliance with client requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to assess guard performance and operational readiness
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during security incidents or breaches
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment logs and incident reports
- Provide operational support to field security personnel during critical situations
- Collaborate with clients to address security concerns and implement improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in security operations or manpower management
- Strong communication skills for client and team coordination
- Proficiency in security monitoring systems and communication tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Valid security guard certification (if applicable in Metro Manila)
