Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets.
- Monitor and operate security surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect and prevent suspicious activities.
- Control access points at entrances and exits, verifying the identity of visitors and maintaining accurate logbooks.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established protocols.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding safety, directions, or lost-and-found services to enhance their overall experience.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and submit them to the Security Manager for review.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional conduct at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate security measures during special events or high-traffic periods.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Security Services Licensing (SSSC).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security or hospitality security.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures is an advantage.
