As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rp 4,800,000 to Rp 5,200,000 and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or safety hazards.
- Control access to the facility by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and take appropriate action as per company protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and safety regulations among employees and visitors.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid security guard license or certification (Gada Pratama) is a strong plus.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
