Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and regular patrols to detect suspicious activities
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials to maintain site security
- Respond promptly to emergency situations including medical incidents or security breaches
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations when required
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend security improvements
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid security certification or license (Suruhanjaya Tenaga certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in security or related field
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions during emergencies
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Good physical fitness to perform patrol duties
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
