Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises and personnel to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Conduct regular patrols of property perimeters and interior spaces
- Operate security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Write detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Provide assistance to guests and staff during security-related situations
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of security or related experience
- Valid Indonesian security certification (SIPSN)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of first aid and fire safety procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
