Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily foot patrols of premises to deter security threats
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems for suspicious activities
- Verify visitor credentials and manage access control points
- Respond immediately to emergency incidents with appropriate protocols
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs
- Collaborate with local authorities during emergency situations
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid security guard license (Indonesian regulation compliance)
- Minimum 1 year experience in security or hospitality roles
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Physical fitness for extended patrol duties
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
