Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent security breaches
- Enforce access control policies and verify visitor credentials at entry points
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, conflicts, or safety hazards
- Conduct regular patrols of indoor and outdoor areas to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with management to implement and update security procedures as needed
- Assist in crowd control during peak hours and special events
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Coordinate with local authorities when necessary for incident resolution
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and basic security technology
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid work permit and clean legal background
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
