Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of premises, both on foot and via surveillance systems, to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor and control access at entry points, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Investigate disturbances, document findings, and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and orderly environment for all personnel and visitors.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems, and communication devices.
- Provide assistance and direction to employees and visitors as needed, embodying excellent customer service.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a security certification or diploma is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar protective services role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Possession of a valid security license or ability to obtain one in Indonesia/Bali.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating integrity and reliability.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures is highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
