Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Manage access control by verifying visitor badges, issuing temporary passes, and logging all entries and exits.
- Monitor and operate security CCTV systems and alarm panels to identify and report any irregularities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including fires, medical incidents, or disturbances.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, acting as a visible deterrent to potential criminal activity.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily incident reports and logbooks to the security supervisor.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or fire services when necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Indonesian Security Guard License (SIP/STP).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security operations or a related field is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties under various weather conditions, including night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions during emergencies.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
