Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrols to detect security threats
- Manage crowd control during high-traffic events and peak seasons
- Respond promptly to emergencies, medical incidents, and security breaches
- Enforce resort policies, safety regulations, and access control procedures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation for management review
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, alarms, and communication devices
- Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Officer certification from Singapore Police Force
- Minimum 2 years experience in security operations or crowd management
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic first aid and CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and emergency response duties
- Proficient in using security technology and surveillance systems
- Knowledge of Singapore's security regulations and emergency protocols
