Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor restaurant premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and ensure guest safety
- Verify identification and enforce entry policies for controlled areas
- Respond promptly to security incidents, conflicts, or medical emergencies
- Patrol assigned areas to maintain order and enforce house rules
- Operate security systems including CCTV and alarm equipment
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety protocols
- Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain security logs
- Assist with crowd control during peak hours and special events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of security or related experience preferred
- Valid security certification/license (if applicable in Bali)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies
- Physical fitness to perform standing patrols for extended periods
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and emergency procedures
