Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of office premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure all areas are secure
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and promptly address suspicious activities
- Screen visitors and employees at entry points, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs
- Respond effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and safety hazards
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain security documentation
- Collaborate with local authorities during emergency situations
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures consistently
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid security officer license (Sertifikat Satpam) from Indonesian authorities
- Minimum 1 year of security or related experience
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts
- Basic first aid certification preferred
- Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and security systems
