Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises at all times.
- Control access points and verify the identity of visitors, employees, and contractors to maintain a secure environment.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities and observations.
- Conduct regular security checks of equipment, facilities, and grounds.
- Enforce company policies and security regulations strictly and impartially.
- Assist in the coordination of evacuation procedures during emergencies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant security experience is preferred.
- Certified Security Officer license or relevant industry qualifications.
- Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
