Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to ensure safety and deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying the identity of visitors and employees.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to resolve security issues.
- Assist with crowd control and emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a security guard role.
- Valid Security Guard License (SSLC/SSM) is required.
- Physically fit and able to perform night shifts and weekend duties.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain calm in emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
