As part of our security team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment while upholding our commitment to sustainability and exceptional guest service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the resort premises, including guest rooms, common areas, and perimeter to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities or potential hazards.
- Control access points and verify the identity of visitors, vendors, and employees to maintain strict security protocols.
- Provide a welcoming and professional demeanor to guests while handling inquiries or assistance requests.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and logbooks regarding daily activities and security observations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to resolve security issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in security, hospitality security, or military service is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions during patrols.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage for guest interaction.
- Valid Indonesian Work Permit (IMTA) and Security ID are required.
- Strong observational skills, integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
