Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and train a team of junior security officers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned premises to detect and prevent security breaches, unauthorized entry, and suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and security threats, coordinating with relevant authorities and emergency services as required.
- Manage access control systems, visitor registration, and vehicle movements, ensuring proper authorization and identification checks.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation, maintaining accurate records of all security-related events.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, including fire safety procedures, crowd control, and crisis management plans.
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems and other security equipment to maintain continuous oversight of the premises.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff, visitors, and the public.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Security Officer or equivalent role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Possess a valid PLRD Security Officer license (SSO grade or equivalent in Singapore).
- Strong understanding of security operations, emergency procedures, and relevant security laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with diverse individuals.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure, with strong problem-solving and incident management capabilities.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, walking, and occasional strenuous activity.
- Proficiency in using security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control software, and communication devices.
- Basic computer literacy for report writing and administrative tasks.
