Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks throughout assigned zones within Changi Airport.
- Monitor CCTV feeds and security systems to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Manage visitor access control, identity verification, and vehicle screening procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies, or safety alarms.
- Provide high-quality customer service by assisting passengers and airport staff with security-related inquiries.
- Ensure all security logs, incident reports, and documentation are updated accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate with airport authorities and law enforcement to maintain a secure environment.
Kualifikasi
- Valid PLRD (Police Licensing and Regulatory Department) security license.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong command of English with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse travelers.
- Physical fitness to handle rotating shifts and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Prior experience in aviation or commercial security is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
