Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to ensure safety and security compliance.
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage control room operations to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Control access points, including the verification of visitor credentials and vehicle checks.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Document all incidents and occurrences in the daily occurrence book or digital reporting system.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Assist in the training and guidance of junior security personnel (for Senior Security Officer roles).
Kualifikasi
- Valid PLRD Security License is mandatory.
- Possess WSQ certifications in security operations (e.g., Provide Guard and Patrol Services).
- Prior experience in a security or uniformed service role is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, physical fitness, and mental alertness.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a customer-centric attitude and professional grooming standards.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under high-pressure situations.
