- Monitor premises and ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and property
- Assist Housekeeping department with guest requests and services
- Patrol hotel areas to identify and address security concerns
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and security breaches
- Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain security logs
- Control access points and verify identification of visitors
- Assist with crowd control during peak hours and special events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Valid security guard license or certification
- Previous experience in security or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and patrol premises
