In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our personnel, equipment, and materials in the Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control site access for all employees, subcontractors, and authorized visitors.
- Conduct regular foot patrols across the construction site to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards.
- Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems and alarm panels effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of all vehicles, materials, and equipment entering and exiting the premises.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or unauthorized intrusions and follow escalation protocols.
- Collaborate with Site Managers to ensure all safety and security regulations are strictly followed.
- Prepare detailed daily shift reports and incident documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Security Officer License issued by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD).
- Prior experience in security, preferably within a construction site or industrial environment.
- Willingness to work in a construction site environment and perform outdoor patrols.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and walking across large site areas.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with staff and visitors.
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting and monitoring tasks.
