Join S&R Membership Shopping as a Security Officer (Duty Controller) and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations, assets, and community. You will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, conduct risk assessments, and enforce compliance with local regulations and company policies. - Lead daily security operations and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents
- Develop and enforce access control procedures
- Train security personnel on protocols and emergency response
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to implement security improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with security certification (e.g., SIRA license)
- Minimum 3 years security supervision experience in retail
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and alarm monitoring
- Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Proficient in security software and report writing
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties in all weather conditions
