Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials to prevent unauthorized entry
- Respond promptly to security alarms, emergencies, and incident reports
- Document daily activities and security incidents in detailed logs and reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations or emergency situations
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, alarm systems, and communication devices
- Enforce client-specific safety protocols and emergency procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in security preferred
- Valid Security Guard License and required permits for Central Luzon region
- Minimum 1 year experience in security, military, or law enforcement
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
