Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and physical patrols to detect suspicious activities
- Enforce access control procedures and verify visitor credentials
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Officer certification from Singapore Police Licensing & Regulatory Department
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies
- Good communication skills in English and local languages
- Physically fit to handle extended patrols and standing duties
- No criminal record and ability to pass background checks
