As a Security Officer, you will be the frontline ambassador for safety at our clients' premises, which include commercial buildings, residential areas, and industrial sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols and clocking around the assigned premises to ensure a secure environment.
- Manage access control by screening visitors, vendors, and vehicles entering the site.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and alarm panels to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all visitors, incidents, and daily activities.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Assist in crowd control and traffic management within the facility grounds.
- Provide high-quality customer service by assisting visitors and staff with enquiries.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Possession of a valid PLRD Security License is a significant advantage (assistance available for unlicensed candidates).
- Strong communication skills in English to handle reporting and visitor interaction.
- Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
- Able to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- A high level of integrity, alertness, and a professional appearance.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn the latest security technologies.
