You will be responsible for conducting thorough patrols, monitoring advanced CCTV systems, and responding swiftly to any emergencies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including guest rooms, lobbies, and parking areas, to deter theft and ensure safety.
- Monitor and operate closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to identify suspicious activities and potential security threats.
- Respond immediately to alarms, fire emergencies, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established emergency protocols.
- Manage access control by verifying the identity of visitors, vendors, and employees to maintain building security.
- Provide professional support and assistance to guests, answering inquiries and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs for all activities and observations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to resolve complex situations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in security or loss prevention within the hospitality or retail sector is highly preferred.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and a service-oriented mindset aligned with Marriott's values.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid is an advantage.
