Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure security and safety protocols are being followed
- Respond promptly to security alerts, incidents, and emergency situations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of activities
- Screen visitors and control access to restricted areas
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and metal detectors
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus
- Valid Security Guard License and permit to work in the Philippines
- Minimum of 1 year experience in security or related field
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency protocols
