Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
- Enforce access control policies and verify visitor credentials
- Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Provide customer service assistance to employees and visitors
- Maintain security equipment and report maintenance needs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid security guard license/certification (if required by local regulations)
- Minimum 1 year experience in security or law enforcement
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical fitness to perform standing patrols and emergency response
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino
