Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrols to detect suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify credentials of personnel/visitors
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain security logs
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine equipment checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations
- Provide assistance to clients and visitors during security-related inquiries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Valid Security Guard License (PRC or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in commercial/residential settings
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Physical fitness for extended patrols and standing duties
- Clean criminal record and good moral character
- Basic first aid/CPR certification advantageous
