Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities
- Enforce access control policies and verify visitor credentials
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, alarms, and communication devices
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Provide professional assistance to clients and visitors regarding safety protocols
- Maintain high visibility as a security deterrent throughout assigned areas
Kualifikasi
- Valid security guard license and permits (PRC/DSWD accredited)
- Minimum of 1 year security or related experience preferred
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods
- Clean background check and NBI clearance
