Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to detect and prevent security breaches
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms or suspicious activities
- Enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs
- Respond effectively to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement
- Provide customer service assistance to visitors and staff
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, metal detectors, and communication devices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Valid SENA (Security and Agencies) license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year security experience in commercial or industrial setting
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical condition for standing/walking patrols
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
