Tanggung Jawab
- Patrol the assigned premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of the property.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying identities and authorizing entry to authorized personnel and visitors.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, individuals, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and daily activity sheets as required.
- Enforce all company policies, safety rules, and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new security personnel when required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Security Officer or Guard.
- Valid Security Guard License issued by the relevant authorities.
- Good physical fitness and health to perform patrol duties effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to react quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
- Strong ethical standards, honesty, and professional demeanor.
