- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities
- Enforce access control procedures and screen visitors/vehicles for security compliance
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents per established protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, alarms, and communication devices
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional security presence
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Valid Security Guard License and NBI clearance
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
- Good physical fitness to perform standing patrols and respond quickly
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
