Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities
- Control access points by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity documentation
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Provide customer service assistance to visitors and employees
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Guard License from Philippine National Police (PNP)
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year security or related experience preferred
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness to perform standing/walking duties for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of CCTV operation and alarm systems
