Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises and personnel to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities
- Respond promptly to security alarms and emergency situations
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure all areas are secure and functioning properly
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security activities
- Screen visitors and employees to ensure proper authorization for access
- Operate security equipment including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and communication devices
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional security presence
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid Security Guard License and certification as required by local regulations
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
