Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to detect security risks
- Screen visitors, vehicles, and packages to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Enforce company policies and local regulations on property
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during critical situations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Valid security guard license/certification (PRC or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year security or related experience
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response protocols
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods
