Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a high level of vigilance to ensure the security and safety of assigned premises.
- Perform regular patrols and monitor access control points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Manage visitor registration and maintain accurate logs of daily site activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while upholding company protocols and standards.
- Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management immediately.
- For Senior roles: Supervise junior security personnel and assist in site deployment planning.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Security Officer license from PLRD.
- Relevant experience in the security industry is highly preferred.
- For Senior Security Officer roles, prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is required.
- Strong command of English with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Physically fit to perform shift work and routine patrolling duties.
- High integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
