Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor hotel premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and ensure the safety of guests and staff
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of property to identify potential security risks
- Enforce hotel policies, safety regulations, and access control procedures
- Assist in emergency situations including medical incidents, fire alarms, and evacuation procedures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide witness statements
- Operate security equipment including CCTV systems, alarm systems, and communication devices
Kualifikasi
- Valid security officer certification or license as required by local regulations
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergency situations
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage
- Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance equipment
